Brighton & Hove Healthwalks provide a programme of free ,weekly walks and special one-off walks and events in the city. Healthwalks are short, social walks with the emphasis on improving health and making new friends. This is a self-referral service.

A free healthy lifestyle programme:
- Healthy eating advice from a qualified nutritionist
- Exercise that caters for all ages and abilities
