The Practice Management Team here at Warmdene includes a Business Manager, Practice Manager and Quality Lead.
They are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. They also support the GPs and other clinical staff to deliver patient services and help develop extended services to enhance patient care. |
Community Midwives
The midwife attends all day on a Tuesday, should you need to contact her at any other time please call 01273 696955 and ask for Midwifery Department. |
Community Nurses
The community nurses are part of the Integrated Primary Care Team (IPCT) that is attached to the surgery and are based at Elwyn Jones Court, Carden Avenue, telephone 01273 565351. They work between 09:00 – 16:00. After hours - 01273 693600 The after hours nurse team work 24 hours per day. |
Health Visitors
Tel: 01273 500832/509570 A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing. You can refer yourself; you do not need to see a GP. |
